3 Day Confidence Camp - Warminster WILTSHIRE

CONFIDENCE CAMP AT DOWNLANDS EQUESTRIAN.

May 2nd to 4th 2025

We are excited to announce a new Confidence Camp at Downlands Equestrian! This camp is designed to enhance your confidence, offering a welcoming and supportive environment where you can bond with your horse and enjoy a fantastic experience. Whether you're just starting out or working to overcome specific fears, this camp is for you.

Many of our riders come to camp feeling nervous about even mounting their horse, while others are anxious about cantering or jumping poles, but by the end of the weekend, all riders leave feeling more confident and positive. We  use a variety of mental strategies to help you rediscover your confidence.

Having organised these camps across the UK and Ireland for over 17 years, we are dedicated to nurturing positivity, building confidence, and helping riders have fun while making lasting friendships. Why not come and join us?

Downlands Yarm Manager & Instructor:  Sophie Sacco

With a lifelong involvement in equestrianism, beginning in early childhood, I have gained extensive experience across diverse disciplines, including hunting, eventing, and racing, as well as working as a freelance groom.  This practical background has provided me with hands-on expertise in riding and handling a wide range of horses.

Currently, as manager of Downlands Equestrian, I leverage strong communication, patience, and understanding skills in my interactions with both clients and horses. I find particular satisfaction in witnessing the growth of confidence and skill in both horse and rider, whether during groundwork or ridden work.
